Is it hype or the real deal?
The staff exuded warmth and hospitality. We savored delicious meals in their newly opened rooftop restaurant while soaking in fine city views!
Though the location was convenient, a few issues arose with room cleanliness and maintenance, which slightly marred an otherwise lovely experience.

Location not far from supermarket and lots of restaurants and other famous places. Reasonably spacious and fairly quiet rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. Exceptional, courteous staff towards all guests.

Opt for a room on higher floors for better views and reduced street noise, especially on weekends.

Super comfy and spacious rooms!
My sister and I loved the spaciousness of our room with fine views! The bed was super comfy, and we really appreciated the daily cleaning and free water. The bar area was nice for winding down after exploring the city. Just wished there were more breakfast options. It was a bit limited.

Staying at Galata Greenland Hotel was a good experience. The upgrade to a premium room was unexpected and appreciated. The room was spacious and offered fine views of Galata Tower. I found the terrace restaurant good, with an inviting atmosphere for meals. The staff genuinely treated us like special guests, showing really good kindness throughout our stay. The location made exploring historic sites quite easy-everything was a short walk away. Breakfast could use some improvement. The options felt limited and didn't match the overall quality of the hotel. Noise from the street was noticeable at night, especially during weekends, which might disrupt light sleepers.

The breakfast served was decent, and having it available in-house was quite convenient.
My room was on the first floor, and the mattress was too firm for comfort. I found a lack of outlets near the bed and only one light switch at the entrance made things a hassle. The bathroom, despite its spaciousness, felt humid, with no shelves for belongings, and I dealt with a clogged sink and leakage from the toilet. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms and the surrounding streets were steep and sometimes noisy. Lastly, I had some issues with the cleanliness of linens, a couple of stained towels and sheets were overlooked .
